Production Supervisor, BlueOval Battery Park Michigan (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Marshall, Michigan, United States. Full flexibility is required for day, night, weekend, holiday, and rotating shifts.

Salary: $74,300–$124,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead an hourly production team and connect strategic goals with daily execution.
• Champion workplace safety, enforce regulations, and foster a culture of vigilance.
• Direct production activities to deliver high-quality products and meet production targets.
• Analyze operational data to reduce downtime, quality defects, and inefficiencies.
• Implement continuous improvement and quality assurance practices.
• Develop team performance, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with management, departments, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology or the Military Decision-Making Process.
• Ability to work on-site in the United States and across rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified at hire.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
