Process Technician

Location: Irvine, California, United States. The role is primarily office-based and includes local travel, equipment repair, and use of hand and power tools.

Salary: $25–$32 per hour, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Support service operations and maintain procedures and equipment.
• Develop, document, calibrate, maintain, and test service processes and equipment.
• Improve product repair, testing, upgrade, and customer training processes.
• Provide technical support, perform root cause analysis, and reduce defects.
• Monitor project resources and process supplies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain calibration and equipment maintenance schedules and documentation.

Requirements

• Three years of related experience in the medical industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on skills and the ability to perform accurate, detail-oriented work.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, adaptable, and self-starter skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work in an office environment, perform physical equipment-related duties, travel locally, operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Post-secondary education, a technical certificate, military technical training, trade school, or apprenticeship.
