AGGP2027 – Graduate Project Management Coordinator (Aerospace)

Location: Herndon Area, Virginia, United States; 100% onsite. Based in Herndon, VA, with approximately 5–10% travel and potential long-term assignments at other US locations.

Salary: $33.65–$43.25 per hour, depending on profile, geographic differential, skills, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Support post-merger integration projects involving HR data and document migration, HRIS integration, employee data audits, onboarding, performance management, and talent programs.
• Assist with quarterly finance reporting, budgeting, and operating expenditure tracking.
• Support project governance, completion tracking, leadership briefings, and headcount reporting across three entities.
• Coordinate ERP system integration and change management activities with affected departments.
• Support facilities projects by checking IT requirements and participate in projects across aviation parts distribution, repair center, and used aircraft material environments.
• Build practical skills in project management, data analysis, stakeholder communication, teamwork, market intelligence, and leadership while completing at least one rotational placement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in a relevant field.
• Must be based in Herndon, VA and able to work onsite 100%.
• Must be able to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
