Senior Compensation Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid; work from the assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week. Chicago pay range applies.

Salary: $85,500–$107,000 USD annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct global market pricing and maintain salary bands, equity ranges, geographic pay differentials, and total cash targets.
• Model equity burn rates, dilution, overhang, run-rate projections, compensation costs, and planning scenarios.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting tools that turn compensation data into actionable insights.
• Support compensation planning tool setup, testing, budget-rule validation, data audits, and final cycle processing.
• Ensure compliance with global and local pay transparency legislation, reporting standards, and audit requirements.
• Partner with People Partners, Recruiting, Stock Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Legal while using AI to improve workflows and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, HR, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–5 years of strong analytical experience building complex financial, statistical, or compensation models in Excel.
• Solid understanding of broad-based pay, incentive structures, and equity compensation.
• Proficiency with Workday and compensation benchmarking or survey tools such as Radford, Pave, or Syndio.
• Strong quantitative analysis, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the assigned office at least 3 days per week.
