Construction Tool Install Engineer (Semiconductor)

Annual salary: $52,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Coordinate tool, equipment, kit, material, and resource delivery against installation schedules and milestones.
• Lead planning and coordination meetings across factory stakeholders, suppliers, trade contractors, and project partners.
• Forecast equipment workload and funding requirements, manage purchase orders, and process funding requests before work begins.
• Drive systems, part-number configuration, equipment genealogy, and order or kit delivery accuracy.
• Identify and escalate commercial, capacity, scheduling, and site constraints while leading troubleshooting to resolution.
• Ensure execution meets hirify.global safety, housekeeping, protocol, and quality standards from pre-design through SL2 signoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field, or a master’s degree in engineering, architecture, or another related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project or program management, construction, or tool installation.
• Leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to engage with executive management, business partners, suppliers, and site stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience installing and demolishing process tool equipment.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
