Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; onsite work required, including overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed.

What you will do
- Lead daily field activities, crew assignments, and construction work.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel.
- Support tool installation, utility hook-up, equipment setting, punch-list, and turnover activities.
- Conduct field walks and monitor safety, quality, productivity, and work progress.
- Identify material shortages, access constraints, field issues, and schedule concerns.
- Report daily progress and escalate issues to the Superintendent or Project Manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of construction field or foreman experience.
- Ability to read construction drawings and work packages.
- Strong field leadership, safety awareness, and trade coordination skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Boise, including overtime, weekends, or shifts as required.
- Ability to follow drawings, specifications, OSHA requirements, and cleanroom procedures.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, tool installation, MEP, or industrial construction.
- OSHA 30 certification.
