Project Manager (Semiconductor Construction)

What you will do

• Lead semiconductor construction project execution as the primary client-facing project lead.
• Own project scope, execution planning, schedules, cost control, change management, risk mitigation, reporting, and closeout.
• Oversee cleanroom construction, wet mechanical and process utilities, high-purity piping, tool installation support, hook-up coordination, commissioning, and turnover readiness.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, procurement, field teams, and client stakeholders to resolve interface issues and maintain schedule performance.
• Review critical path progress, resource requirements, material readiness, quality issues, safety risks, and recovery plans.
• Provide KPIs, issue logs, escalations, progress updates, and lessons learned to leadership and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Direct semiconductor project management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of tool installation, wet mechanical and process utility scope, high-purity piping, DI/UPW, chemical and gas systems, and complex MEP sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, procurement, and clients.
• Ability to manage schedules, costs, risks, changes, reporting, project handover, safety, quality, and permitting requirements.
• Ability to work in Phoenix, Arizona, with direct involvement in semiconductor construction activities.
