Business Banking Lead Relationship Liaison

Location: Hybrid role requiring four days per week at a work location in Radnor, Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, or Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

Salary: $28.60–$47.66 per hour USD

What you will do

• Lead portfolio and risk management, service, and sales support activities for the Business Banking Sales Division.
• Oversee compliance with credit policies, business financial documentation, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with credit underwriting, attorneys, legal teams, and document preparation departments to support timely loan closings.
• Manage transaction requests, documentation collection, fraud support, error resolution, escalations, maturing loans, pricing exceptions, annual reviews, and covenant compliance.
• Research client and bank issues, identify risks and mitigants, and propose comprehensive solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members, delegate work, support training, and drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or at least three years of banking or financial industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with lending operations, business banking loan approvals, financial statements, and loan documentation.
• Knowledge of banking systems, policies, procedures, regulations, and state and courthouse filings.
• Proficiency with Adobe DC, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with tact and diplomacy, manage time-sensitive assignments, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work four days per week at one of the designated Pennsylvania locations.
