Relationship Manager II (Business Banking)

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business banking client relationships to grow sales, revenue, market share, and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide clients with tailored ideas and insights based on their financial needs.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships to acquire and expand clients.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience with business relationship management, credit processes and products, financial analysis, customer engagement, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, prospecting, selling, and client relationship management skills.
• Must work in the Port St. Lucie office; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
