DePuy Synthes Customer Solutions MedTech Channel Ops Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work arrangement. The co-op runs from January to July 2027 and requires 40 hours per week.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational metrics and account goals.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with healthcare customers and business partners.
• Balance customer expectations with business priorities and internal policies.
• Identify and execute improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, transportation, distribution, and supply chain performance.
• Manage requests and inquiries from planning, commercial, operations, and other internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Completion of the freshman year at an accredited university.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization applications such as Power BI.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
