(USA) Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing

Location: Park Rapids, Minnesota, United States; onsite work at a hirify.global Supercenter

Salary: $19.00–$35.00 per hour, plus applicable premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and related equipment.
• Evaluate cleaning areas and select suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces.
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Perform safety and preventive maintenance checks and other assigned facility-maintenance duties.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance.
• Valid state-issued driver's license held for at least three years, a clean driving record, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record report.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete a DOT physical and maintain a valid medical certification.
• Must meet commercial driving-record requirements, including restrictions on DUI/DWI/OUI convictions, moving violations, serious traffic violations, and preventable accidents.
• Ability to read and speak English is required.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight shifts and weekends; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Power-washing or facility-maintenance certifications.
• Intermediate proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Spanish proficiency and applicable state or local licensing.
