(USA) Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing

Location: Onsite at 1301 N Victory Pl, Burbank, California, United States; alternative shifts including overnight and weekends are required.

Hourly wage: $23.00–$42.00 per hour. Additional premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may apply in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and related equipment.
• Clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other exterior surfaces by removing dirt, debris, trash, and contaminants.
• Evaluate cleaning areas and select suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks and perform other facility-maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• At least three years of driving experience with a clean record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record report.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• One to three years of power-washing or exterior-maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Relevant power-washing or facility-maintenance certifications.
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish.
• Required state or local licensing, where applicable.
