(USA) Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services-DOT

Location: Onsite at 1801 S State Road 57, Washington, Indiana 47501, United States

Salary: $19.00–$35.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Maintain grounds in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas.
• Operate specialized landscaping equipment and service vehicles.
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and year-round exterior maintenance.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
• Follow corporate safety, security, integrity, OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license for at least three years and pass an MVR review.
• Must have a clean driving record, with no recent DUI, DWI, OUI, or specified serious traffic violations.
• Must successfully complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification before hire.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• At least two years of landscaping or gardening experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in third-party management.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software.
• Spanish proficiency.
• An associate degree or equivalent in engineering, maintenance, construction management, or a related field.
• Required state or local licensing where applicable.
