Overview

Lead architecture and delivery of AI/ML SaaS platform version 2, handling large-scale unstructured data and LLMs. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to innovate and scale the platform.

What you will do

• Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
• Architect scalable, secure systems integrating AI and ML capabilities.
• Act as a hands-on top contributor implementing frameworks and designs.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical strategy and deliver solutions.
• Ensure reliable delivery to enterprise clients and drive innovation with first-principles thinking.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• English: B2 or higher proficiency
• 10-15+ years software development experience with leadership in principal roles.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, relational databases, multi-tenant backend systems, and unstructured data processing.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs.
