Production Control Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Stafford Springs, Connecticut, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the flow of parts, materials, assemblies, and work across departments.
• Update production schedules daily and produce scheduled daily shipment lists.
• Prepare kit lists for work orders released according to the master schedule and resolve material issues with Kitting and Oracle.
• Maintain production schedules, inventory records, in-process reports, and material status information.
• Reconcile open work orders, support restart activities, and produce reports for production meetings.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, management, and production teams on service returns, schedules, and shipment commitments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and work across functional areas.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
