Manufacturing Planner

Location: Anderson, South Carolina, United States; office-based role

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production resources for products with low to moderate complexity.
• Resolve manufacturing resource and material availability issues affecting production schedules.
• Review ERP plan orders and priorities, create work orders, and allocate materials.
• Prepare weekly manufacturing schedules aligned with the Master Production Schedule.
• Communicate production priorities and follow up with production teams to support schedule attainment.
• Review planning parameters such as safety stock, lot size, and minimum order quantity each quarter, while monitoring planning KPIs.

Requirements

• University or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience working with MPS/MRP in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with management and Chinese counterparts.
• Ability to prioritize workload, take initiative, learn quickly, and contribute effectively as a team member.
• Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures, process instructions, and technical drawings; ERP, SAP, and Windchill experience is desired.

Nice to have

• APICS supply chain certification.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP, or Windchill Document Management.
