Experienced Electromechanical Assemblers

Location: On-site manufacturing work in Canada; day, afternoon, and night shifts available.

Starting wage: $25.00 CAD/hour plus quarterly bonuses and shift premiums; total earnings can reach $35+ per hour including quarterly bonuses. Afternoon shift premium: $1.00/hour; night shift premium: $2.00/hour.

What you will do

• Perform subassembly and final assembly operations for products with variable shapes and sizes.
• Assemble parts according to drawings, diagrams, procedures, and bills of materials using hand and power tools, fasteners, and test equipment.
• Inspect work before passing it to the next operation and ensure assemblies meet all requirements.
• Meet or exceed established production levels while conserving materials and equipment.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support team members with basic assembly training when needed.

Requirements

• At least five years of electromechanical or industrial assembly experience is required.
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Safe and demonstrated use of small hand and power tools, including tools weighing more than 20 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform continuous standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting.
• Availability to interview on Saturday, September 12, 2026, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM; interviews are by invitation only and advance scheduling is required.
