Assembler (Aerospace)

Location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada; onsite at the Stratford facility

Salary: $25.35 CAD per hour

hirify.global’s Sensors Division develops high-accuracy, critical components for commercial and defense aerospace platforms.

What you will do

• Review wiring diagrams and work orders to determine wire specifications and coil details.
• Select and set up coil-forming devices and operate coil-winding machines.
• Thread, guide, tension, bend, and cut wire to form coils and leads.
• Wrap insulation between coil layers and apply varnish or other reinforcement materials.
• Solder lead wires to terminals and shape end windings as required.
• Perform quality control checks while following health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• More than two years of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and insulation materials.
• Attention to detail and precision in coil winding.
• Ability to work under the guidance of experienced Coil Winder team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
