CNC Machine Operator - Brampton, ON (On-site)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; on-site. Shifts are available during days, afternoons, and nights.

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines for production.
• Read drawings and maintain required machining tolerances.
• Modify CNC programs and offsets to meet drawing specifications.
• Perform first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Replace tools and inserts, assemble components with hand and power tools, and operate manual machines as required.
• Package and identify machined parts, follow standard work instructions, maintain housekeeping, and report equipment or tool malfunctions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of CNC experience with lathe and milling machines.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprint drawings.
• Ability to follow engineering instructions and use measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
