Senior Physical Security Administrator

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Support physical and electronic security operations across the retail branch network, including monitoring and incident response.
• Administer, monitor, maintain, test, and manage changes to intrusion alarms, video surveillance, and enterprise access control systems.
• Coordinate third-party security vendors and resolve escalated branch and enterprise security system issues.
• Conduct branch safety and security reviews and physical inspections for compliance with internal standards, regulatory expectations, and security protocols.
• Support security projects for new branches, relocations, renovations, closures, and technology upgrades in partnership with Facilities, IT, Retail Banking, and vendors.
• Develop and improve safety, security, and training programs while monitoring emerging threats, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Must work in a hybrid setup in New York, NY.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of intrusion detection, video operations, enterprise access control, and supporting technologies.
• Significant knowledge of security industry standards and best practices, with the ability to independently diagnose and solve complex physical and electronic security issues.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Industry certifications.
• Experience with financial institution security programs.
