NY Security Professional (Executive Protection)

Location: New York, New York; onsite corporate office environment. The role supports security programs across 29 global locations and requires travel, availability outside normal business hours, and weekend work as needed.

Salary: $140,000–$205,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead executive protection operations, including threat assessments, route planning, travel security, emergency response, and contingency planning.
• Oversee physical security infrastructure, including access control platforms, CCTV, security integrations, and construction-project security design.
• Develop and maintain physical security policies, protocols, universal emergency action plans, and quarterly warden listings.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and violations; document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Manage security vendors, operating expenses, construction-project budgets, and a 24/7/365 global security operations center in Mumbai.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Cyber Security, Internal Audit, Human Capital, Legal, external agencies, and law enforcement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of security experience, including experience in a corporate, in-office environment.
• Strong understanding of professional workplace dynamics and executive-level protocols.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, rigorous environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours and on weekends when required.

• HR-218, armed guard, or security guard license.
