What you will do

• Configure and maintain enterprise physical security systems, including access levels, user accounts, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Support system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Lead physical security compliance activities, policy updates, audit evidence management, corrective actions, and regulatory deliverables.
• Develop and analyze operational, compliance, management, and executive reports using advanced spreadsheet and visualization tools.
• Track preventive maintenance testing, incidents, site assessments, commissioning activities, and mitigation plans through closure.
• Coordinate technical improvements, modernization initiatives, and issue resolution with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level candidates should have 7+ years of applicable experience; relevant experience may include physical security systems, security operations, compliance programs, or technical environments.
• Experience with enterprise access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance programs, audits, inspections, corrective actions, and remediation tracking.
• Ability to develop procedures, standards, reports, compliance documentation, and manage large volumes of operational data.
• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical or security experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Lenel OnGuard administration experience.
• SQL query development, report writing, and Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards, formulas, and data analysis.
• Power BI, ServiceNow dashboard development, security system integrations, and data interfaces.
