Machine Operator - Nights (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite night shift

Salary: $17.28–$25.91 per hour

What you will do

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to support efficient production.
• Set up machines for production runs, including calibrating and adjusting settings.
• Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce quality products.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Record production data, complete documentation, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• Effective written and spoken communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making, analytical problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.
• Ability to work in seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
