Senior Director - HR, Engines

Location: Remote with significant travel; hybrid to Glendale, Wisconsin preferred.

Salary: $196,000–$257,250 per year, depending on experience, education, and work location.

What you will do

• Lead the global HR strategy for the Engines business and advise the Engines Leadership Team.
• Align talent, workforce, organizational, and human-capital strategies with business growth and transformation objectives.
• Develop multi-year talent strategies, workforce plans, succession pipelines, and organizational-design initiatives.
• Lead leadership development, employee engagement, retention, inclusion, employee relations, and organizational-effectiveness programs.
• Partner with Total Rewards and Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and capability building.
• Drive people strategy for acquisitions, integrations, restructurings, and other organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience or significant business leadership experience with people leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on talent and organizational strategies.
• Experience leading workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect business strategy with talent outcomes.
• Experience leading teams and influencing outcomes across global, matrixed organizations.
