Sr. Business Manager, Ecommerce Canada (Remote)

What you will do

• Lead the Canadian ecommerce business and develop regional strategies for financial performance, promotions, pricing, and site execution.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across site merchandising, digital marketing, buying, planning, creative, integrated marketing, and regional retail teams.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and analyze conversion, traffic, CTR, email revenue, and digital marketing ROI.
• Optimize pricing, markdowns, product lifecycles, inventory, and sell-through using product sales and customer behavior data.
• Coordinate Canadian site refreshes, including local holidays, French translations, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
• Develop seasonal buying strategies and balanced assortments aligned with brand positioning and local market performance.

Requirements

• French fluency is required, along with fluency in English.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Canada, preferably in leather goods or footwear.
• Experience developing category strategies across multiple product lines and using consumer insights and sales data to guide decisions.
• Leadership, communication, collaboration, creative problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and business skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience with AEM Sites.
• Experience with SFCC.
