Senior Manager, Credit Risk Solutions (Capital Markets)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada, with 2–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Manage Capital Markets Risk System operational and strategic initiatives from intake through delivery.
• Partner with Risk, Capital Markets, Technology, and clients to define issues, objectives, solutions, and expected outcomes.
• Analyze, document, and produce business requirements for risk metric calculation and reporting solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data, measurement, processes, counterparty credit risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead solution design, implementation, test-case walkthroughs, and client-facing impact analysis.

Requirements

• Experience with capital markets products including OTC, repo, fixed income, and securities lending.
• Knowledge of counterparty credit risk measurement, exposures, capital models, SACCR, and IMM.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL query analysis, Microsoft Excel, risk systems, and front-office trading systems.
• Experience managing project and release intake, prioritization, delivery processes, financials, solution documentation, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
