Regional Manager - Transmission & Distribution (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; full-time with travel required within the region and regular project-site visits.

What you will do

• Lead regional transmission and distribution EPC and construction projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Manage safety, quality, schedules, budgets, profitability, cash flow, resources, risks, and change.
• Visit project sites and support field operations, safety initiatives, and project execution.
• Lead regional personnel, mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, and support hiring, training, and performance management.
• Build customer relationships, support business development, represent the company at industry events, and manage regional RFP and bid processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to resolve complex operational challenges and grow the region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transmission, distribution, substation construction, EPC delivery, or power infrastructure operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transmission and distribution projects, programs, and regional portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of transmission line construction, distribution systems, substation integration, project sequencing, and risk management.
• Experience managing profitability, forecasts, budgets, resource planning, and project performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience with investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, municipalities, renewable developers, or industrial power customers.
• Familiarity with project controls, job-cost tracking, estimating software, and utility construction management systems.
• PMP, PE, or other advanced industry certifications.
