Quality Representative - Michels Power, Inc.

Location: Syracuse, NY; various project locations across the United States. Long-term onsite projects and travel are required.

Salary: $89,000–$123,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Assist operations with the implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Support quality control across substations, battery energy storage stations, mission-critical facilities, electrical transmission and distribution, and foundation projects.
• Work independently in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of electrical construction experience in substations, battery energy storage stations, mission-critical facilities, transmission and distribution, or foundations.
• Experience reviewing and understanding construction blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types used and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Nice to have

• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
