Field Service Technician (Entry Level) - Port Charlotte / Ft. Myers, FL

Location: Fort Myers, Florida; candidate must live in the specified city. The role is field-based and requires approximately 30% driving between customer accounts, occasional overnight travel, and on-call coverage that may include weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Starting pay: $22.99–$25.84 per hour, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment.
• Service other equipment used in commercial foodservice and laundry operations.
• Work independently at customer sites to deliver reliable service and support customer retention.
• Travel between urban, rural, and expressway customer accounts while operating a motor vehicle safely.
• Work scheduled shifts, including occasional 12-hour, weekend, and night shifts.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment using root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of tools, data, service equipment, and service requirements.
• Proficiency with laptops, mobile phones, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.
• Must be eligible to work onsite at customer facilities in accordance with occupational health and safety requirements.
