Spanish Bilingual Intake and Translation Specialist

Location: Permanent work-from-home with working hours of Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Mountain Time (Denver).

Provides offshore staffing services and places remote professionals with client organizations, including a Colorado personal injury law firm.

What you will do

• Manage personal injury cases from initial filing through resolution.
• Send letters of representation to insurance companies and third parties.
• Request medical records and coordinate follow-up processes.
• Communicate with clients and provide case status updates.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation.
• Maintain organized case files and complete tasks on time while coordinating with the lead paralegal and legal team.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of personal injury case management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency with clear English communication.
• Knowledge of personal injury legal procedures and documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Availability for Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Mountain Time (Denver), totaling 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clio case management software.
