Med Tech Supply Chain PMO Excellence Lead (MedTech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida; Raritan, New Jersey; or New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States. Other Johnson & Johnson East Coast sites may be considered case by case. Up to 25% international and domestic travel.

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 per year, plus eligibility for the company’s long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Define the PMO mission, vision, charter, operating model, roles, and team structure.
• Establish project management processes, methodologies, tools, standards, governance, risk frameworks, escalation protocols, and executive reporting.
• Lead portfolio planning and prioritization to align investments, resources, and initiatives with strategic supply chain objectives.
• Manage benefits realization, performance metrics, resource capacity, and progress toward a value-based operating model.
• Coach and mentor PMO staff, build a project management community of practice, and advise senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead project management capability building, process redesign, tooling transitions, and operating model transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or an equivalent field.
• Project Management certification.
• At least 10 years of combined experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or an equivalent area.
• At least 5 years of large-scale program and project management experience in a matrixed organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience with global portfolios, enterprise transformations, governance design, executive communication, strategic planning, project planning tools, and Digital/Data collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Power BI, Quickbase, or Planisware.
• Multiple and/or advanced degrees.
