Quality Professional - Grid Technologies Order Execution

Location: Hybrid role associated with Bogota, Colombia, and regional locations in Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil

What you will do

• Act as the regional quality focal point for Grid Technologies transformer order execution projects across Latin America.
• Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, root cause analyses, lessons learned, and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate quality indicators, customer satisfaction metrics, action plans, reporting, and escalation of overdue actions.
• Support trend analysis, risk identification, continuous improvement, process enhancement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support internal audits based on the Integrated Management System and report compliance findings.
• Monitor regional EHS indicators and action plans while coordinating project teams, EHS specialists, and external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Project Quality, EHS Coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience with non-conformity management, root cause analysis, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems based on ISO 9001 and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
• Advanced English proficiency required. Portuguese is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Forms, Power BI, and database management tools, alongside strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, Process Mapping, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement certifications.
• Portuguese proficiency.
