Production Coordinator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and develop production supervisors and shop-floor teams, strengthening accountability, collaboration, competence, engagement, and safety.
• Coordinate daily production according to plans, customer priorities, lead times, capacity, workforce allocation, shifts, and available resources.
• Monitor and improve HSE, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and efficiency KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks, coordinate corrective actions, and improve production flow and delivery reliability.
• Drive waste reduction, standardization, and productivity initiatives while supporting the ramp-up of new equipment, technologies, products, and processes.
• Collaborate with Planning & Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, HSE, and HR to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Completed university degree, preferably in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Management experience in industrial environments.
• Strong people leadership and production management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Vespasiano.
