Regional Environmental Monitoring Specialist (GMP/Data Analysis): Organizing and analyzing environmental monitoring data, evaluating protocol results, and preparing compliant reports for regional manufacturing sites with an accent on statistical analysis, deviation assessment, and quality documentation. Focus on investigating quality events, managing QMS records, supporting audits and inspections, and improving processes through standardization and digitalization.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid work with up to 50% remote work

What you will do
- Organize and analyze environmental monitoring data using statistical tools for trend analysis.
- Perform protocol-based data analysis, prepare tables and graphs, and verify conformity with acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, report, and assess deviations, change controls, quality events, and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with regional manufacturing sites, global teams, regional hubs, managers, experts, and project teams to prepare and issue reports.
- Manage QMS records, support audits and regulatory inspections, and ensure timely closure of documentation.
- Drive process improvements through standardization, simplification, automation, and digitalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
- Experience with GMP and organizing or analyzing data using statistical tools; experience with environmental monitoring reports, stability management, or qualification and validation is preferred.
- Familiarity with document management systems and a basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is required.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
