HSSE Field Operations Engineer (EHS)

Location: Onsite in Bogota, Colombia

What you will do

• Implement and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety programs, policies, regulations, and operational compliance requirements.
• Conduct planned inspections and tests to monitor EHS issues, workplace hazards, and company practices.
• Train employees on EHS guidelines, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate EHS records and complete incident reports after identifying workplace risks or hazards.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of EHS policies, procedures, and operational processes.
• Support EHS projects and assignments under the direction of senior EHSS team members.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Full-time onsite presence at the office in Bogota, Colombia is required.
• English proficiency with effective verbal and written communication skills is required.
• Working knowledge of EHS policy compliance, risk assessment, hazard identification, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting.
• Experience with process management, problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively, provide feedback, influence stakeholders, and prepare reports and presentations.
