What you will do

• Manage large and complex EPC projects with total installed costs typically reaching $500 million or more.
• Ensure safe execution in line with cost, schedule, contractual, HSE, and client-satisfaction requirements.
• Lead project personnel and coordinate activities across internal teams, subordinates, joint ventures, and alliances.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and hirify.global, providing regular project status updates.
• Define project scope, identify contractual changes, negotiate them with the client, and maintain execution plans.
• Lead project management teams and remain accountable for successful project completion and financial performance.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in related projects; 15 or more years is typical, including several years at senior project management level.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale data center and power projects.
• Background in large-scale energy infrastructure, electrical systems, renewables, and grid modernization.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Knowledge of national and international power plant standards, including ISO, ASME, API, IEC, IEEE, and OSHA.
• Experience with Guaranteed Maximum Price, lump-sum, EPC, contract management, and FIDIC contracts is preferred.
