Project Manager - Mission Critical/Data Center (Medium Voltage)

Location: Austin, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, San Antonio, or St. Louis, United States; long-term onsite projects with travel required

What you will do

• Manage a phase of a large, complex project or multiple large-sized projects.
• Lead delivery from the initial proposal and bidding process through profitable project completion.
• Meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining strong safety performance.
• Support data center and mission-critical projects involving medium-voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, communicate clearly, and make timely decisions throughout delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with medium-voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or HCSS.
• Valid driver license for the applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
