What you will do

• Lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives supporting e-commerce growth and broader business objectives.
• Establish long-term roadmaps for scalable systems, mobile applications, and next-generation technology solutions.
• Oversee e-commerce platform design, development, enhancement, and customer experience improvements.
• Lead ERP/SAP and CRM implementation, integration, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Direct system architecture, infrastructure management, data security, compliance, and process automation.
• Manage and mentor the technology team while driving cross-functional collaboration and international expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technology management, including e-commerce and ERP/SAP systems.
• Experience leading technology roadmaps, system integration, enterprise digital transformation, and e-commerce platform growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud computing, ERP/SAP systems, databases, programming, system architecture, and UX/UI best practices.
• English and Korean bilingual proficiency required.
• Proven technology-team leadership, project management, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
