Director, Business Systems – Product Lifecycle Management (Concept to Offer)

What you will do

• Lead global IT teams responsible for PLM product management, application support, and platform administration.
• Own the enterprise PLM platform strategy, architecture, roadmap, upgrades, and application lifecycle management.
• Deliver multi-year PLM transformation initiatives and large-scale implementations, upgrades, or consolidations.
• Architect and maintain integrations with ERP, CAD, QMS, MES, and supply chain platforms.
• Establish configuration management, master data governance, security, performance, availability, compliance, SLAs, and support models.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product teams while managing system integrators, vendors, consultants, budgets, and contracts.

Requirements

• Expertise with Agile PLM and leading platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle, or Dassault Enovia.
• Hands-on understanding of PLM system architecture, configurations, integrations, and data models.
• Experience delivering large-scale, global PLM implementations, upgrades, or consolidations.
• 15+ years of enterprise IT experience, including 10+ years owning PLM platforms as an IT system owner or technology leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading global IT teams, establishing governance and support structures, and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders.
