Salary: $136,800–$253,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead the direction, mission, vision, strategy, and digital technology competencies for the organization.
• Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and digital manufacturing solutions across business processes.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to create two-year roadmaps, define performance metrics, and drive transformation across operations, engineering, and the value chain.
• Build a self-service business intelligence organizational and architectural structure, including data marts and warehouses.
• Direct multiple IT teams through performance management, coaching, development planning, and workforce management.
• Oversee technology operations, application portfolio simplification, financial planning, policy compliance, audits, and the security and performance of mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT, financial planning, budgeting, business acumen, data analytics, design thinking, agile, Scrum, risk management, strategic planning, and workforce planning.
• Strong communication, listening, adaptability, relationship-building, negotiation, leadership, storytelling, coaching, public speaking, and delegation skills.
