FP&A Leader

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico; full-time onsite

Salary: MXN 33,000–38,000 per month

What you will do

• Lead monthly forecasts, annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and related consolidation and analysis.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate operational drivers into financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze profitability, operating expenses, capital investments, pricing, strategic initiatives, risks, opportunities, and business trends.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, executive presentations, KPIs, and dashboards for planning and performance management.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, planning tools, and the accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Support executive leadership with ad hoc analyses and strategic projects while mentoring junior FP&A team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical finance roles.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as Oracle Fusion, Hyperion Essbase, Smart View, or similar platforms.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, and a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the United States several times per year are required.
