Salary: $201,810–$382,600 annually

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused assurance, audit, and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Develop and implement testing for internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, financial statement guidance, engagement staffing, billing, collections, quality, and timely delivery.
• Build client relationships, generate new opportunities, collaborate across service lines, and support practice growth.
• Mentor and coach team members while contributing to professional development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; a master’s or advanced degree is desirable.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm; experience in life sciences, technology, or manufacturing is preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, desired.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
