Deployment Strategist - US Government

What you will do

• Work onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into product offerings.
• Build and deliver demos and scope potential engagements across new industries and expanding locations.

Requirements

• Active US Security Clearance at or above the Top Secret level is required.
• Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Curious, analytical, adaptive, and introspective approach with strong user empathy.
• Ability to learn, teach, lead, and follow with a low-ego, outcome-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel 25–75% is required, depending on location and team.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, MATLAB, or SQL.
