Senior Vehicle Operations & Integration Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Install, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate autonomous driving sensor suites, compute platforms, logging systems, networking equipment, and vehicle instrumentation.
• Support prototype vehicle builds through electrical, mechanical, and software integration, including fabrication and installation of brackets, harnesses, mounts, and related hardware.
• Prepare and maintain development vehicles for autonomous driving, ADAS, machine learning, and perception data collection programs.
• Deploy and validate cameras, radar, lidar, GNSS, IMU, driver-monitoring systems, and vehicle network interfaces.
• Support vehicle bring-up, system-level debugging, field testing, demonstrations, and data collection deployments.
• Coordinate vehicle modifications with engineering teams and external upfitting vendors while maintaining operational readiness.

Requirements

• Experience integrating and validating vehicle hardware, embedded software, infotainment, connectivity features, and vehicle network communications.
• Ability to perform functional testing across CAN, Ethernet, wireless, and vehicle diagnostic interfaces.
• Experience executing test plans, regression testing, issue documentation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ability to verify vehicle functionality after software updates, hardware changes, and prototype modifications.
• Ability to support inspections, diagnostics, maintenance coordination, operational checks, equipment inventory, charging schedules, logistics, and transportation activities.
