Manager, Data Management

Location: On site in Lone Tree, Colorado; Austin, Texas; or Southlake, Texas

Salary: USD $110,000–$135,000 per year, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Support data risk initiatives by analyzing data flows and documenting data lineage.
• Identify data risk indicators and contribute to assessments of risk exposure.
• Help prioritize remediation efforts and translate findings into clear reporting and tracking.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to understand how data is sourced, transformed, and consumed.
• Support data risk metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data governance, data quality, data risk, data engineering, or reporting.
• Foundational experience with data risk, data quality, data governance, or data management activities.
• Working knowledge of data lineage and data flows across systems and processes.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and data management practices; a bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic proficiency with SQL, data structures, or analytical tools is a plus.

Nice to have

• Exposure to project delivery, agile methods, or change management, including Jira or similar tools.
• Familiarity with financial services, risk management, or regulated environments.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
