Claim Professional Development Program Intern (Insurance)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship and support for H-1B, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT are not available.

Salary: $25.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete structured onboarding for hirify.global systems and protocols.
• Gain exposure to personal and business insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.
• Investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims accurately and efficiently.
• Assess losses, estimate damage, determine applicable coverage, and support customers through the claims process.
• Observe experienced claim professionals through desk work and ride-alongs while completing core assignments with a manager or mentor.
• Build customer service, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and claims expertise through meaningful project work.

Requirements

• Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States now and in the future.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Suggested fields of study include Business Administration, Liberal Arts with a business focus, Business Management, Risk Management and Insurance, or another business-related discipline.
