Plant Inventory Control Associate - Kitter

Location: Stockton, California, United States; onsite plant role

Salary: $23.52–$31.16 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory records for finished goods, raw materials, sub-assemblies, WIP, RMA, and non-conforming materials.
• Execute inbound and outbound inventory transactions in the WMS, ERP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
• Create purchase orders, process recycling and destruction loads, and coordinate receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation of Oracle records against warehouse counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, prepare balance and shortage reports, and adjust errors according to established procedures.
• Organize warehouse storage, maintain FIFO product rotation, and follow safety, GMP, quality, housekeeping, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or a similar field.
• At least two years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional proficiency in the required foreign language; the language is not specified.
• Regular and predictable attendance and compliance with safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.

Nice to have

• Four years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree.
• Forklift certification.
• Two years of experience managing people or projects.
