Warehouse Inventory Group-3rd Shift

Location: Townsend, Massachusetts, United States; on-site, 3rd shift

Compensation: $23.00–$24.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Assemble orders, prepare goods for shipment, and complete shipping and receiving reports.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect materials; report damages and discrepancies for record-keeping and reimbursement.
• Operate UPS shipping equipment, prepare packages, complete mailing paperwork, and manage customer proofs.
• Maintain shipping supplies, perform cycle counts, and replenish inventory.
• Coordinate customer and inter-plant returns, deliveries, freight quotes, split shipments, and special handling requests.
• Use SAP, warehouse management systems, Excel, scanners, RF radios, Ship It, and Keywill to enter and verify shipment data.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of inventory control or cycle-counting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced SAP skills.
• Experience operating reach lifts, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and counterbalance equipment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow directions, maintain attention to detail, and compare paper documents with system records and physical products.

Nice to have

• Two years of inventory control or cycle-counting experience.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, Vaculux, T-wrapper, roll clamp trucks, RC trucks, TSP trucks, and banding equipment.
