Program Manager (Manufacturing OT/IT)

What you will do

• Lead multiple manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate production, engineering, quality, supply chain, technology, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Support new product launches, process-improvement initiatives, capital projects, and technology implementations.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, budgets, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor KPIs, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and resource utilization; implement mitigation and corrective-action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, training, audits, safety, quality, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately three to seven or more years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operational technology, business information technology, production processes, and operational workflows.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, performance metrics, and multiple concurrent programs or projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with technical, operational, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Epicor ERP is required. Microsoft Office proficiency is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience with project-management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Project Management Professional certification.
