Program Manager (Data Center Cooling)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned customer programs from opportunity identification through product commissioning.
• Build and manage integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, Commercial, Finance, and Service teams to meet schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.
• Maintain direct customer contact on program execution, provide status updates, and represent customer needs internally.
• Manage program-level P&L performance, contract obligations, risks, change orders, and profitability mitigation.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, warranty issues, field modifications, and the transition to Service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive program or project management experience, ideally in engineer-to-order or complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Working knowledge of program management methods and tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and PLM systems.
• Experience managing customer relationships, external stakeholder communications, critical paths, and program risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent programs.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with program-level P&L execution, change orders, and contract execution.
• Experience with engineered-to-order capital equipment or B2B custom manufacturing, including installation and commissioning.
• Experience supporting hyperscale data center customers or rapidly scaling B2B markets.
